Join us for a magical pre-Christmas experience! We travel by bus from downtown Oslo, accompanied by our tour leader, to Hadeland Glassworks, one of Norway’s most traditional cultural and craft destinations.

Tour Program
We depart from Oslo and drive north to Hadeland. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
We arrive at Hadeland Glassworks around 10:15 a.m. and are greeted with a guided tour by a knowledgeable local guide. Here we learn about the history and production of the glassworks. We also get to visit the beautiful Christmas market, featuring wonderful local products.
Afterwards, there is an opportunity to create your own Christmas souvenir. With the help of skilled glassblowers, you can blow your very own decoration. This comes at an additional cost.
We then sit down in the Glassworks’ cozy restaurant for an authentic, locally sourced Christmas lunch. The meal includes traditional pork ribs, with rice cream for dessert.
After lunch, there will be time to explore the Christmas market on your own. Here you’ll find fantastic locally made products – a perfect way to pick up a Christmas gift.
We drive back to Oslo city center, and arrive around 15:30.
